Other personal data will be processed – in compliance with our duty of professional secrecy – exclusively in regard to the corresponding purpose and in compliance with the applicable legal regulations.

You may request information about your stored personal data. You have a right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject and to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

Requests will be processed within one month and the applicant will be informed in writing about the measures taken after the processing has been completed. If delays occur due to the complexity of the application or due to the high number of requests you will be notified immediately and your request will be processed within a maximum of two months after the end of the one-month period. In general requests are free of charge. However in the case of excessive or manifestly unfounded requests, our law firm reserves the right to process these requests for a fee of € 120.00 per working hour. Should personal data be necessary for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims or fulfilling the contractual obligation, the request for erasure can only be processed after the legitamte storage reasons have been removed. In cases of doubt of  identity Ebner Aichinger Guggenberger Rechtsanwälte GmbH reserves the right to ask for proof of identity for security reasons.
